YouTube Terms of Service
By using FlixStudio's YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. FlixStudio uses YouTube API Services. Review the FlixStudio Privacy Policy and Google Privacy Policy before connecting your channel.
The service
FlixStudio helps you generate, preview, schedule, and upload videos to the YouTube channel you authorize. YouTube publishing uses the official YouTube API. During Google review, the first 40 verified early-access accounts may connect an eligible channel; later accounts can create, save and schedule videos while connection and posting are held. Full publishing becomes available only after the owner enables access and the customer connects their channel. You are responsible for the prompts, media, titles, descriptions, channel, and visibility you choose, and for having permission to use and publish your content. Use must comply with YouTube and your video provider's applicable rules.
Early access and saved videos
During Google review, accounts 1–40 keep their trial or plan generation limits. Waiting accounts 41–25,000 receive 5,000 own-key video API calls per calendar month on any plan until full publishing opens. Your provider charges its own fees; storage availability and provider limits still apply. The first 40 verified customer trial places include $5 of Grok text-video credit automatically, measured at $0.02 per generated output second for Grok Imagine 1.5 Lite at 480p. A valid, unused FLIX5 activation code is required for new free trials; previously awarded trial credit is preserved. Each code can be redeemed only once and cannot refill spent credit. Existing funded balances are preserved when this policy is introduced and count toward the 40 places; developer use is separate. New requests stop when that separate credit is used. Normal generation allowances apply to new requests after full release; already authorized review-period jobs remain saved. Customer publishing is capped at 5 videos per rolling 24 hours. The verified site owner may optionally enable a 10-post rolling daily cap. Repeat schedules may run for 7 days, 30 days, or within the plan scheduling window, subject to remaining allowances. Download controls for qualifying plans are separate and may allow up to 20 different saved videos per rolling 24 hours. Downloading pauses that queued post until you explicitly resume it. Dates selected while access is held are earliest requested dates, not guaranteed release dates. Release requires Google availability, a connected channel, an eligible plan, approval settings and available posting allowance.
Normal trial after full release
New accounts that have never paid receive two prerecorded YouTube uploads, each up to five minutes, plus five personal-key AI video uses with YouTube publishing included. The trial is once per account and the five AI uses are shared across supported video models. New free trials require an unused FLIX5 activation code. You must supply your own provider API key for personal-key uses; FlixStudio's trial usage is free, while provider fees are billed separately to your API account. Changing models, keys, sessions, or starting a checkout does not reset the trial. Previous trial uses and reservations still count.
Self-service refunds
You can request a full refund of your latest completed FlixStudio subscription payment from your account without contacting us. You review the amount and confirm before the request is submitted to PayPal. Once accepted, paid benefits and remaining paid credits become unavailable immediately, creation and scheduled publishing stop, and subscription renewal is canceled. PayPal processing and payment-method timing determine when funds arrive; submission does not mean instant receipt of money. Separately billed video-provider fees are not refunded by FlixStudio. Your account and previously posted videos are not deleted.
Normal subscriptions and API allowances after full release
Prices are monthly in USD and payment is processed through PayPal. Each confirmed paid billing cycle includes 10 video API calls on the $9.99 plan, 100 on the $29.99 plan, and 150 on the $99.99 plan, and 200 on the approved $400, $2,000, and $5,000 plans. This is one shared allowance across the available video models, including any plan-funded generation available to your tier. Provider generation charges are separate and are billed to the API account whose key you supply. Creator includes 50 plan YouTube uploads per confirmed monthly billing cycle. The $9.99, $29.99, and $99.99 plans have a separate allowance of 150 personal-key YouTube uploads per confirmed monthly billing cycle; the $400, $2,000, and $5,000 plans include 200. Approval unlocks all creator tiers; the selected tier activates after verified payment. Video-generation API calls are separate from successful YouTube publications. Other plan limits still apply.
One accepted video-generation request uses one API allowance unit. Queued requests reserve units. Polling a generation task, downloading its output, and publishing that video do not use additional API units. A request rejected before acceptance or canceled before submission releases its reservation. An accepted request still counts if generation fails or you later remove the video. New AI requests on the $9.99 and $29.99 plans require your own provider API key.
Publishing and availability
Review mode requires approval before launch; automatic mode authorizes scheduled posts under your chosen settings. You can pause or remove eligible jobs before launch. Server scheduling, provider availability, Google authorization, and platform limits affect completion and publication; a selected time is not a guarantee of exact delivery. Videos already uploaded must be managed on YouTube.
Changing or canceling a plan
Subscriptions renew monthly. Plan changes require PayPal approval and take effect with the next confirmed payment at the new plan price. Canceling stops future subscription renewals and pauses future creation and publishing. Contact the address below with billing, refund, or account questions.
