Privacy Policy

Last Updated: January 9, 2026

Flixai (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information of users (“User” or “you”) who interact with our automation tools, AI-driven deployment services, and website (collectively, the “Services”).

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share information. By using our Services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

A. Personal Information

When you create an account, we collect identifying information including your email address, username, and encrypted authentication tokens required to secure your workspace.

B. User Content & Automation Logic

To facilitate automated deployment, we process data you explicitly input: application descriptions, code snippets, prompts, and server configuration paths (e.g., public_html directories).

C. Technical & Usage Data

We automatically collect browser type, operating system, and IP address to maintain security and optimize performance. We utilize local browser storage to manage multi-file deployment states.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Service Delivery: To generate code and manage file creation within your hosting environment.
  • AI Processing: To utilize Large Language Models (LLMs) to interpret your prompts.
  • Security & Maintenance: To monitor for fraudulent activity and improve agent efficacy.

3. Sharing and Disclosure of Information

A. AI Service Providers (Critical Transparency)

We utilize the API services of third-party LLMs (such as OpenAI and DeepSeek). We interact with these providers via their Enterprise/API endpoints. To the best of our knowledge and configuration, your input data and code snippets are NOT used by these providers to train their foundation models. However, data is processed temporarily on their servers to generate responses. We advise you not to input highly sensitive PII or trade secrets into the prompts.

B. Infrastructure & Legal

We may share data with cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Vercel) to host your applications. We may also disclose information if required by law or valid government requests.

4. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you logged in and track the progress of active deployments. We may use anonymized analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) to understand how users interact with our tool. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.

5. Security

We take the security of your developer credentials seriously. We utilize industry-standard AES-256 encryption for all stored credentials and TLS/SSL for data in transit. While we implement rigorous safeguards, no method of digital storage is 100% secure; we encourage users to utilize limited-scope API tokens where possible.

6. Data Protection Rights

Under GDPR (EU) and CCPA (California), you have the right to:

  • Access or request copies of your personal data.
  • Request the rectification of inaccurate information.
  • Request the "Right to be Forgotten" (complete deletion of your account and logs).

7. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy and any disputes related to it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
